Popular Vancouver-based Saje Natural Wellness has announced that it will open 12 new locations across Canada and expects to open up to 50 locations by the year 2018. Its aggressive expansion is especially impressive, considering that Saje had 22 stores from B.C. to Ontario, as of September 2014.
Of the 12 stores slated for opening, three of them will be in western Canada (Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, Market Mall in Calgary and Kingsway Mall in Edmonton) with the remaining locations peppered throughout Ontario.
Co-founders Kate Ross LeBlanc and Jean-Pierre LeBlanc created Saje’s product line to include hundreds of different natural wellness products, accessories and healthy gift ideas. Products are not tested on animals and have all-natural base ingredients that are free of parabens, SLS, SLES, PEGS, glycols, petrochemicals, synthetic colours and synthetic fragrances.
Profit Magazine recently ranked the Canadian-owned and operated company one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, with an impressive five year revenue growth of 267 per cent. Saje is considered to be the top retailer in its category in top-tier Canadian shopping centres.
